" I wanted to contact you to say the biggest thank you ever. I checked in on Friday afternoon and everyone was so nice to me, they knew me by name and nothing was too hard. They all made me feel like the most special person on earth. My sister and bridesmaid we also taken care of when they arrived. You guys were soooo busy that day but it didn't matter again nothing was too hard. We received extra towels, bottles of champagne, and the best experience ever. I booked dinner at the restaurant downstairs and it was such a wonderful meal for all of us. The next morning my hairdresser and makeup artist arrived before daylight and we also treated extremely well. I was so excited when you bought the flowers up and just kept feeling so special by yourself and the staff.
Whilst I left to go and meet my future Husband, you had arranged to have all our luggage moved to the honeymoon suite and the rest of the guests luggage was stored waiting for them. It was such a piece of mind to not have to worry. Returning to the Marriott for our wedding reception was also extremely special, the staff were all congratulating us, there were special signs posted and when we entered the room...O...M..G it was just like I had imagined, even better, all the talks we had, all the thoughts and months of planning were right there. The room was gorgeous, the staff were extremely polite and helpful, the food was to die for and the atmosphere was amazing. At the end of the reception you bought us our room key and we couldn't be happier.
We went to our executive suite and we couldn't believe how amazing it was. The room service was excellent, the food again wonderful and the view!!! What can I say we had a wonderful experience which was sooo much better than you could ever expect. We can't thank you enough and recommend you highly enough. Rosie I was looking for someone who would be just as particular as me and you were better. The catering staff even had all our decorations and cake ready to take home the next day.

A lot of our guests commented on the quality of the service - staff were attentive and ever present, courteous and polite. And the delicious, superb food, it was just divine. Concierge and Valet were brilliant before and after, helping us get organised. The girl at check out on the Sunday was delightful.And of course you Rosie, you are such a star. We will remember this wonderful day forever and the part you played in it."

I was so relaxed and enjoyed every minute of the ceremony and reception.
